Reservation
Online reservations are available from 9 AM, 3 months prior to the departure date to 1 PM of the day before departure.
Online Reservation Service can process only up to 8 passengers (including infants) for private rooms, 10 passengers (including infants) for Second class rooms.
Reservations are not accepted from unaccompanied child / children or younger.
If the number of infants exceed that of adults, enter the number as that of ‘Child’.
If the number of people exceeds the capacity of a private room, the reservation cannot be accepted.
Passenger information cannot be changed after a credit card transaction. Please cancel your reservation and rebook.
Online reservation should complete within 30 minutes.
Payment
We accept payments by credit card only.
Please use a credit card owned by the passenger.
Taxes and fuel surcharges will be collected directly from our counter upon check-in at both Shimonoseki Port and Busan Port.（The payment method at Shimonoseki Port is cash only.）
Woman-only room
For those who reserved a Woman-only room, please note that a separate room will be assigned to accompanying male passengers (male children and infants can use Woman-only room).
Rent out fee
Rent out fee is separately required when number of the passengers (except infants) is less than the capacity of Suite, Deluxe or First class rooms.
Cancellation of reservation
There will be a stipulated cancellation fee for cancelling a reservation after settlement.
You cannot cancel only one way of a round trip reservation.
Cancellation of round trip reservations will incur a cancellation fee for both the outbound and return voyoge.

Passengers with a vehicle

Passengers under age
A Passenger under age (a high school student or younger) unaccompanied by an adult should provide written consent of his/her guardian.
A pregnant passenger should provide written consent, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. We kindly ask pregnant women for more than 8 months (28 weeks) to refrain from boarding.
Be sure to notify us when checking-in if you require assistance in case of emergency. Please note that we may ask for a physical disability certificate.
Other Information and Precautions
Passengers should have a return ticket.
Please contact the Embassy or Consulate in your country or in Korea/Japan, or the Immigration Office for inquiry about visa, etc., before travelling.
Please take procedures such as acquiring a visa or re-entry permission in advance under the responsibility of the person who makes the reservation, as necessary (otherwise you may not be able to go through immigration).
