Temporary Suspension of the Kampu Ferry Internet Reservation System（2026/10/23）

Thank you for choosing Kampu Ferry.

Following the announcement of serious vulnerabilities in PHP, we have decided to temporarily suspend our internet reservation system to ensure its security and maintain a safe operating environment.

The resumption date for the internet reservation system has not yet been determined. Until further notice, reservations and cancellations will be handled by email only for international customers.

We will announce the resumption of the internet reservation system as soon as the date has been decided.

Reservation Period

• Reservations can be made from two months before the departure date until the day before departure.

※ For round-trip reservations departing from Shimonoseki, the return trip from Busan can be booked up to three months in advance.

Information Required for Reservations

When making a reservation, the following information is required for all passengers.

1. Cabin class
2. Full name as shown on the passport (in Roman letters)
3. Gender
4. Nationality
5. Passport number
6. Date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD)
7. Telephone number (for groups, the representative's number)
8. Emergency contact details (family member, friend, employer, etc.)

Cancellation of Existing Internet Reservations

If you wish to cancel an existing internet reservation, please send us an email with the following information:

• Reservation number
• Name of the lead passenger on the reservation
• Departure date
